Shipping Information
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, subject to availability, receipt of payment and credit authorization. We’ll inform you if an item is out of stock. If an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.If you have not received an e-mail confirmation from the online store within two hours of placing your order, please e-mail us. In order for us to provide the best customer service, please include your full name and postal code in your e-mail. NOTE: Our daily order cut-off is 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM, will calculate as if the order were placed the following day. ie) If an order is placed on Monday before 2 PM, the order will be dispatched the following day, which is Tuesday.
Delivery of products
Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies usually between 9am - 5pm Monday – Saturday. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Shipping returns
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please contact us at customerservice@fisher-pricestore.in or 1-860-425-0426
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition. Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded. Please note that in any case we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Shipping Prices
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on Ordered Products and shipping address. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. Shipping fees include the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging and transit insurance your products, and delivering them to you and/or designated recipients. These fees are based on your order total and the shipping address. Delivery dates are estimates only.
International Orders
International Orders will only be delivered within India.
